WDTN 2 NEWS/Dayton's CW is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the entire advertising sales department and work closely with the Director of Sales. This key position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with all facets of the sales department and support a team of hustling account executives. You will have the opportunity to enhance your career by becoming a well-rounded asset to the team. There is room to grow and move up in Dayton. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Order entry and revisions. Answering questions and providing information to clients. Supporting the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with special sales initiatives. Supporting and working side by side with Account Executives. Creating and executing on-air initiatives in collaboration with other departments. Distribution of reports to Account Executives and Sales management when needed. Submit advertising copy instructions to the Traffic department. Assist other Sales support personnel as needed. Key traits & Competencies: Must be proficient with MS Office. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines. Strong work ethic. Personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Desire and ability to learn industry software.
