Client Interaction: Develop strong relationships with current and new clients, providing personalized service and insightful advice on their insurance needs.

Sales Promotion: Proactively network and prospect to promote various insurance products offered by the agency, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to meet client needs.

Problem-Solving: Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing timely and effective solutions.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure agency goals and client satisfaction are met.

Licensing: Ability to get a Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Producer Licenses is required within 60 days of hire.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
