Job Description

Mancan Norwalk has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in the Norwalk/Milan area and we are currently seeking production workers.
Hours are 6:00a 2:30p or 2:30p-11:00p Monday-Friday
Pay rate is $16.00
Packers will be responsible forloading/unloading product and manufacturing of the products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in the manufacturing process of a product.
Performing the assembly, packing and packaging of product
Check quality of the product and ensure products are being produced according to specifications.
Follow all safety protocols, policies and procedures.
Ensure machinery is being cleaned and sanitized as needed.
Skills:
Physically able to regulary perform manual labor.
Must be willing to work the shifts assigned and for extended hours when the need arises.
Williing to lear and achieve production goals.
Perform continuous quality checks.
Must pass drug test and background check
