We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Attendant to join our team in the Chattanooga area. This position supports daily warehouse operations and is ideal for individuals looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities to grow within the company.

The Warehouse Attendant plays an important role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by assisting with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring the facility remains clean and safe.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer or production orders for shipment
• Accurately stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners
• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Interest in long-term employment and career growth

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
