* Design and develop engaging, responsive websites that align with brand standards and user needs using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and layout designs that enhance user experience (UX) and interface (UI), ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility for diverse audiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content creators, developers, and marketing—to translate project requirements into innovative visual solutions.
* Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, and other frameworks to bring designs to life seamlessly across devices.
* Optimize websites for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 to monitor performance and improve user engagement.
* Maintain existing websites through regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features using content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
* Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance storytelling elements on digital platforms.

* Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on responsive websites.
* Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma for creating layouts, logos, typography, and visual assets.
* Solid understanding of web development languages such as HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (and frameworks like Angular or React), PHP, SQL/MySQL for website customization and maintenance.
* Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
* Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal along with version control tools such as Git.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to interpret data insights for continuous improvement.
* Excellent user research skills combined with information architecture expertise to craft intuitive site structures that meet user needs effectively.
