Farmers Insurance Division 86 is hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Representative for our Anaheim location. We're looking for producers who already know the industry and are ready to do more with it. You'll step into an established agency environment with a warm client base, Farmers' full marketing and systems support, and a compensation structure that actually rewards performance.

What You'll Earn

• Base salary plus commission — total comp $50,000–$90,000+ annually
• Performance bonuses tied to results

What You'll Do

• Consult with personal and commercial lines clients on the right coverage solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle — quoting, presenting, and binding policies
• Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue
• Build referral relationships and grow your book of business

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience — P&C preferred
• Background at State Farm, AAA, Allstate, or an independent agency is a strong plus
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Based in or near Anaheim — this is an on-site role
