Role Overview: Activities & Responsibilities
As an Associate at New York Life, you will help individuals and businesses plan for their financial futures with a comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and conducting client meetings
- Analyzing clients’ financial needs and goals
- Recommending tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Providing ongoing service and support
- Working in both personal and business markets to assist clients with estate planning, retirement planning, and employee benefits

Comprehensive Training

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is commission-based and tied to individual performance, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
- Eligible full-time agents may qualify for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension plan.
- Income is not guaranteed and will vary based on sales performance, licensing, and contract terms.
Management Opportunity
After two years of proven success as an agent, associates may become eligible for career
advancement into management.
