Licensed Insurance Agent – Retirement & Medicare Specialist

About the Role We are seeking motivated, licensed Insurance Agents to join our team specializing in Comprehensive Retirement Planning . In this role, you will provide essential guidance, support, and education to seniors (55+) as they navigate the complexities of retirement.

Backed by the industry-leading resources of American Senior Benefits and Integrity Marketing Group , you will be equipped with proprietary systems to safeguard your clients' futures while building a lucrative, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: Provide expert guidance on life, health, and wealth solutions.

• Medicare Support: Assist beneficiaries with applications and enrollments to ensure they have the best coverage for their needs.

• Business Development: Generate new business using company-provided marketing (no cold calling required).

• Retention: Maintain and grow your client base through exceptional, high-touch customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed: Must hold a valid Insurance License.

• Self-Starter: A self-motivated individual with a "growth mindset."

• Team Player: A willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a high-performing team environment.

• Communicator: Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, empathetic manner.

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Potential: $75,000 – $475,000+ (Commission based on experience; uncapped potential).

• Support: Comprehensive back-office support and marketing leads provided.
