Duration: 12+ Month (Possible to hire)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support warehouse and shipping operations. This role involves handling odd-sized and fragile items, order fulfillment, and inventory organization while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Package odd-sized and fragile items according to shipping requirements
Use a tape measure and perform basic math for measurements and accuracy
Load trucks efficiently
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards
Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory with proper labeling for easy retrieval
Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking and packing
Maintain accurate inventory records

Experience & Skills
Bilingual required: Spanish candidates must be able to communicate in English
Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in shipping and receiving
Basic math skills required for inventory counts and measurements
Ability to use a tape measure
Experience with hand and power tools
Experience working with or building custom crates for specific shipments
