Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Associate to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks to support daily operations. This role will involve general warehouse duties, equipment handling, loading and unloading, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to different tasks as needed. A Class B CDL or the willingness to obtain one is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the movement and organization of materials and equipment.
- Help with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and ensure the cleanliness of the work environment.
- Support inventory management and help with tracking and reporting.
- Assist with general warehouse operations, ensuring workflows run smoothly.
- Help with tasks outside of the warehouse when necessary, including property maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and maintain productivity.
- Ensure the safety and security of goods and materials.
- May operate commercial vehicles for transportation purposes (Class B CDL required or willingness to obtain one).
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in an often fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Class B CDL required or willingness to obtain one.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and commercial vehicles as needed.
Compensation to be based on experience.
