Job Description

The Bilingual Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, overseeing shipping and receiving tasks, and operating forklifts. This role supports day-to-day logistics and ensures accurate stock control within a dynamic warehouse environment. Fluency in English and another language, such as Mandarin, enhances communication within the diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory levels accurately
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized and clean work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management principles
• Proficiency with inventory software
• Certified forklift operator
• Fluency in Mandarin
