Tool Crib Attendant

Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Locate, set up, and distribute tools as needed to support production and operational requirements.

• Verify tool inventory accuracy within Supply Pro, maintaining shared responsibility for tool control and accountability.

• Tear down tool carts and inspect tools for wear, damage, or required maintenance.

• Ensure all tools are properly returned, accounted for, and stored in designated locations.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Supervisors to verify tool sheets are complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Modify or alter existing tools as required to meet production or engineering specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

General Responsibilities: 

• Prioritize the safety of all personnel at all times and adhere to all safety standards and practices.

• Work diligently and efficiently to meet schedules and support production demands.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

• Proactively participate in company-wide continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
