Temporary Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team in Davie, FL!

This is a floating position that provides support across multiple warehouse departments, including Shipping, Receiving, Quality, and Inventory. The associate will assist in various day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Assist warehouse operations by picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, and label pallets for secure and timely shipment.
• Support quality inspection activities and workflow.
• Support in inventory control and cycle count activities if required.
• Operate pallet jack equipment safely and effectively if required.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide coverage in different departments as needed.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic Excel skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Pallet jack experience a plus.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong time management.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.; frequent walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Work near moving mechanical parts and in varying temperatures or outdoor conditions as needed.
