2nd shift Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking dependable team members for our 2nd Shift  (2:00pm-10:00pm) Warehouse Associate role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and successfully complete a pre-employment comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily distribution activities including order fulfillment, product handling, and shipment preparation. This role ensures materials are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized inventory and safe warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning equipment and warehouse systems.
• Move materials throughout the facility between storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques or non-powered warehouse equipment.
• Sort, stage, and organize inventory for outbound shipments.
• Assist with shipment preparation and packaging of outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and system updates.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and stock verification.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse aisles.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while performing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
