Warehouse - Client support specialist

Job Description

• Help new customers onboard by providing basic training on warehouse services and support, working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition.
• Assist in monitoring third-party logistics providers, transportation services, and suppliers to ensure on-time and quality service.
• Work with the accounts team to help manage billing and financial reporting, ensuring accurate transactions and timely invoicing to foster positive customer relationships.
• Process daily Less-than-Truckload (LTL) orders by coordinating with multiple carriers. Compare pricing and service options to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy, with careful attention to detail in order processing.
• Communicate proactively with customers and warehouses to address issues such as missed LTL pickups, delays, or service disruptions, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help maintain and update CRM systems, supporting customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
