Job Description

Job Description

1. Order Fulfillment & Returns

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
  • Update order status, upload photos, and attach signed BOLs in the internal management system (training provided).
  • Prioritize urgent orders from daily Excel lists and WeChat messages.
  • Receive and process returns: create return orders, identify customer accounts, inspect products, take and upload photos (label/BOL/package condition), and store returns in correct SKU locations.
  • Analyze after‐sales replacement data, prepare spare parts, and label/pack them properly for re‐shipments.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels daily and learn all products and bin locations.
  • Perform daily spot checks and weekly full counts; move pallets with a forklift from replenish locations to picking bins to keep bins at least half full.
  • Export inventory data from the internal system, cross‐check with physical counts, and report discrepancies or out‐of‐stock items immediately.
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all online sales platforms and follow each platform’s routing/ship‐out requirements; place and track platform orders as needed.
  • Efficiently load and unload palletized inventory from shipping containers, ensuring all merchandise is handled safely and organized according to warehouse floor plans

3. Inbound Shipments

  • Track incoming containers and deliveries.
  • For each shipment: locate the PO in the “Inventory In” channel, print BOL/packing list, unload to assigned locations, verify quantities, and sign/return BOL to the driver.

4. Warehouse Optimization, Maintenance & Safety

  • Keep warehouse and office clean, organized, and safe (daily cleaning, hazards control, waste handling).
  • Maintain clear labeling, material checklists, and organized storage for all SKUs and packing materials.
  • Proactively look for workflow and layout improvements: if products are stored in illogical areas or creating bottlenecks, take initiative to re‐organize locations (with approval) to improve picking efficiency and traffic flow.
  • Occasionally substitute as a delivery driver (local deliveries only).

5. Customer & Team Communication

  • Provide daily updates on completed tasks and inventory issues.
  • Handle basic customer care when needed: answer calls/emails, return voicemails, and follow up on pending issues.
  • Prepare and submit RTV (return to vendor) claims when necessary.
  • Coordinate with team members in the US and factory team in China; use WeChat/online tools for status updates and questions.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse / logistics / fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift safely (valid certification or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong attention to detail and logical, organized mindset for labeling, paperwork, and SOPs.
  • Proactive attitude toward improving warehouse organization and processes, not just “doing the minimum”.
  • Comfortable working with computers: basic Excel, email, and internal management systems (training provided).
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to follow instructions while handling changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills; able to report clearly on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Physically able to lift and move boxes/pallets as required.
