As a Floor Manager at Intertoys, you lead and support the warehouse team across Inbound, Outbound, and Webshop operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Job Requirements:

You have 2+ years of leadership experience in logistics
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written; Dutch or Polish is a plus
You have solid basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WMS, and OMS systems
You are team-oriented and collaborate well across department
You are customer-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities
You take ownership, drive improvements, and support change
You are decisive, pragmatic, and solve problems efficiently
You are cost-conscious and work effectively with resources
You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset
