What you'll do: Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Take ownership of installing and configuring hardware and software, playing a key role in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support). Showcase your analytical skills by troubleshooting and documenting system and application errors effectively.What you'll need: Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience in IT support. Proven experience working with ticketing systems. Solid understanding of software and hardware within a Second Level Support context, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
