Key Skills & Experience Required:- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Payroll / ECP Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems Experience working on transformation programmes Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proactive, collaborative, and able to drive programme deliverables Responsibilities Include:- Lead solution architecture across the payroll transformation programme Provide deep xbpsjku expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Work with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions Translate business and payroll requirements into clear technical designs Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with programme objectives
