Shifts Available:

• FHD / FHN
• BHD / BHN

Pay Rate:

• $19.50/hr (Day Shift)
• $20.00/hr (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. You will work closely with Line Leads and Quality Leads to ensure all products meet company and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment (manually and using equipment)
• Use pick sheets and systems to locate and move products
• Perform pre-operation safety checks on equipment
• Operate powered equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks (if applicable)
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report any safety or quality issues to supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts (standing, walking, sitting)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus )
• Must wear steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and safety vest
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
