Warehouse Associate / Driver Helper
Northborough, MA 01532
Pay: $18/hr
Parking: Free
Interview: In-person
Driving: Not required (ride-along with drivers)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Helper to support a facility in Northborough, MA. This role combines warehouse work and field support, assisting with loading/unloading equipment and helping drivers deliver and install copiers at client sites.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, adaptable, and comfortable with physical work.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
• Load and unload trailers with copy machines
• Break down trash and maintain warehouse organization
• Prepare equipment for delivery
• Support general warehouse operations
Driver Support
• Ride along with drivers to customer locations
• Assist with unloading and moving equipment onsite
• Help position and set up copiers as needed
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to push heavy equipment (copiers on wheels)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work with large equipment in warehouse and field environments
Work Environment
• Warehouse + field/customer site work
• Overtime may be required
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
Dress Code
• Jeans or work cargo pants
• No ripped clothing or cutoffs
• Sweatshirt allowed
