Material Handler Associate

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Material Handler for a company based in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing and slotting finished goods, replenishing stock, packaging products, and accurately pulling batch tickets to fulfill complete orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate

$17.25 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities

• Physical movement of inbound finished goods from production or inbound staging area to pallet storage.

• Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned isles.

• Assist in the wrapping of pallets for shipping or storage.

• Properly use and maintain the forklift. Logs out, logs back in, and places forklift on charger when needed. Notify manager when need of repairs to forklift.

•Remove and discard all broken pallets from the assigned area.

Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements

• Able to follow guidelines and operating procedures established.

• Able to work on their feet for extended periods of time.

• Strong communication skills.

• Lifting assessment.

• Drug screen and Background.
