Warehouse Project Specialist

Job Description

We’re hiring a Warehouse Project Specialist in Fontana, CA 92337 for a 3-month temporary contract at $19.92/hr . In this role, you’ll support a re-boxing and indexing project by handling physical files, performing data entry, and assisting with general warehouse organization. Job Description:

• Transport and offload boxes using a U-boat cart into the office area
• Re-box and index file contents, transferring them into new boxes
• Perform accurate data entry while handling physical files
• Label new boxes and prepare them with tissue and card stock
• Break down old boxes and maintain a clean workspace
• Meet daily target of processing 30 boxes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar physical work environment
• Ability to lift and move boxes, physically demanding work
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must be able to work the schedule: 07:00:AM - 03:30:PM
