A growing local company in the Southtowns has hired Express Employment Professionals to recruit Shipping & Receiving Warehouse specialists. These are Evaluation Hire positions! Duties for Shipping & Receiving Warehouse specialists:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or storage
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and updating records
• Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities
• Assist with order fulfillment processes including order picking and packing for orders
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following all safety protocols
• Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating loadings and ensuring timely dispatches

Skills Shipping and Receiving Warehouse specialists will possess are:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy
• Experience with order picking & packing, stock management, and order fulfillment processes
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience with packaging materials and techniques for shipping preferred
