We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the development of advanced machine learning and AI solutions from experimentation through production. This role involves setting technical direction, leading model development, and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable business impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of predictive models, NLP systems, and generative AI applications Design and execute experiments, validate models, and implement robust evaluation frameworks Apply advanced techniques such as deep learning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning of large language models Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in applied machine learning Preferred Qualifications:
Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and algorithm design Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments Proven leadership experience in guiding teams and projects
