Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data solutions sector, is seeking an Applications Developer to join their team. As an Applications Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting innovative projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$60.99 - $67.10 on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)
Hardskills:
1 - Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering (3-5 years) : Handson experience building and maintaining Fabric data pipelines, semantic models, and integrated analytics solutions that support production reporting and AI scenarios.
2 - Power BI Analytics & Dashboard Delivery (3-5 years) : Proven ability to design, build, and deliver executiveready Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization for scalable reporting.
3 - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) (3-5 years):
Practical experience creating apps, workflows, and Dataverse schemas to operationalize processes, automate intake and governance, and support datadriven solutions.
What's the Job?
Collaborate with analysis, testing, and business teams to understand system requirements and desired functionalities. Develop and maintain high-complexity functions within data pipelines, dashboards, and data models. Drive technology architecture decisions and create technical design documents. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, Fabric data pipelines, and supporting data models in Dataverse. Work hands-on with Power Apps and Power Automate to operationalize workflows, ensuring data quality and governance. What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric data pipelines and data engineering. Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver Power BI dashboards with performance optimization skills. Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and scalable reporting techniques. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. What's in it for me?
