: Commercial Vehicle (Utility Trucks & Cars) design & development experience in CIW, Closure, domain for aggregates listed down.
Resource requirements for CIW + Closures:Working experience on design & development of below aggregates includes but not limited. CAD parametric data creation in UG/NX, Criteria section development,2D drawings, Active participation in CFT review meetings,Project management & Resource mgt, should be conversant with design requirements DRD’s, Dfmea/pfmea, DVPs, DSAO, weight/cost targets, country specific requirements & regulations etc.Material knowledge, GD&T, Vehicle architecture, cost reduction Ideas.Good communication skills (oral and written).Should be flexible to work at Client site & ready to work in any shift including US shift.Hands on experience in below aggregates:CIW: Underbody (Floor/Under floor structure), Side panel assy, Back panel assy, Roof assy.Closures: Door assy, door mechanisms/linkages, Seals designSheet metal design, specifically Stampings, Press-brake parts, Die/Press technology.Forming simulations / draw simulations, method plan preparation, part try-outs etc.Sheet metal stamping processes, joining techniques and joint design best practices.CAE tests/load cases for CIW/Cab application (G-load, Modal, Virtual shaker, static/dynamic analysis etc.) best practices for Water management designTesting & Validation activities of CIW/Cab application, welding processes, Fastening methods.Experience:N/A
