We're looking for a Data Analyst with 7 + years of experience.
Location: Culver City or Cupertino, CA
Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
Pay Comments:
W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
Background screening required
You'll work directly with cross-functional teams to support analysis of marketing and operational performance. In the next year, this team is looking to expand and automate reporting and dashboard capabilities related to Operations, Production, and Efficiency. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter with strong communication and attention to detail. Has an analytic mindset, the ability to investigate and work independently, and hands-on experience working with large datasets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needs
Investigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasets
Initiate projects to build and procure additional data needed for analysis
Write and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
Perform ad-hoc deep dive operational analysis
Balance competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
Key Qualifications
Experience in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics Function
Experience extracting and analyzing large datasets
Fluency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
Experience with ETL, automation, and/or machine learning
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently and proactively surface insights and recommendations
Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City or Cupertino. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).
