Work with internal teams and external suppliers to match core properties with overclad material to optimize core, preform, and optical fiber yields. Support daily operation of core and preform analyzer equipment to meet production targets and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for the utilization of data feedback across multiple departments to maintain high product quality and output.
