Job Posting Date: Mar 6th, 2026.As a Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer within Honeywell's Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CN&S) group, you will contribute to the development and advancement of Honeywell's Next-Generation of Aircraft Weather Radar Technologies by Designing, Testing and validating products & processes from prototype to market, with a focus on quality, roll-throughput yield, aftermarket, and production support.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and delivery of cutting-edge Airborne 3D Radar Technologies, contributing to the safety and efficiency of air travel. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the development and completion of advanced Radar products that align with customer specifications and satisfy our mission to deliver top-quality products to the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Design, Testing and validation of product/processes for advanced 3D Radar products from prototype to market.Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements for existing and new product lines. Execute and plan project subtasks (Designing, Testing, etc)Refine engineering designs by drafting and releasing drawing changes in Team Center.Establish and follow methodologies that push forward new concepts or refine existing conceptsSuggest enhancements to advance projects and products.Troubleshoot and diagnose product performance issues.Assist in product and process certification for customer acceptanceCollaborate with obsolescence team in identifying and qualifying alternate part, keeping our products at the cutting edge of technology.Communicate any non-compliance incidents and results of internal project audits to stakeholdersGuide engineers, technicians and associates to ensure project and product adherence to specifications and quality standards.Consult with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project complianceFull timePosting Date: 2026-03-06
