We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, defining architecture strategies, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade applications aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical vision and strategic oversight during product evaluation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept activities Design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with external systems Align enterprise architecture strategies with Salesforce platform capabilities Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, technology roadmaps, data models, and integration patterns Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessment and resolution of architectural challenges Design and implement DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Bitbucket Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent analytical abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, application frameworks, data architecture, and n-tier architecture Experience working with large-scale enterprise application systems Ability to solve complex technical problems using independent judgment Proven experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation using Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing and visibility, Apex programming, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Triggers Experience with integration patterns including real-time and batch integrations using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Snowflake Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as HIPAA or FedRAMP Experience with Salesforce Shield or Government Cloud Experience with BPO/OSP models Certifications:
Salesforce Application Architect (preferred) Salesforce System Architect (preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
