ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborative Development:
Partner with team members to translate employee requirements into initial software designs and system integrations. System Optimization:
Support the full lifecycle of our applications, from development and maintenance to debugging and enhancing performance. Data & Reporting:
Build and maintain the database queries and stored procedures used for our internal reporting and in-house software applications. Operational Support:
Gain a deep understanding of Credit Union operations to provide high-level support across a variety of software platforms. Documentation:
Develop and maintain technical documentation associated with custom developments. Continuous Improvement:
Enhance productivity by making recommendations based on observation and applying up-to-date technical knowledge. Integrity & Compliance:
Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information. Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or currently attending a college/university (Junior or Senior standing) for a bachelor's degree in software development or a related field. One year of development experience with Oracle or Microsoft relational databases, procedures and functions. Experience in .Net, Python, C#, SQL, XML, Typescript, JavaScript, html. Gitlab or GitHub development lifecycle experience. BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES:
