AMZ9629119 Position Responsibilities: Design and develop large-scale, high-performance data structures for business intelligence analytics. Implement best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Oracle, and OLAP technologies. Utilize OBIEE business intelligence tools for online reporting and analysis against substantial, multi-dimensional datasets. Gather and translate business and functional requirements into effective data architecture solutions. Analyze source data systems and establish best practices within source teams. Participate in the entire software development life cycle from design to maintenance. Create comprehensive metadata and dataset documentation. Assess dataset proposals from peer data engineers and provide guidance on implementation choices. Evaluate software products and tools for operational effectiveness and potential implementation. Mentor and support junior data engineers in their development journey. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field with one year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with five years of progressive experience.
