Arrange and manage appointments for mobile service, ensuring efficient scheduling and route optimization. Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries. Organize and prepare for the day's appointments Maintain accurate records of appointments, service details, and customer interactions. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide excellent customer service Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly Qualifications
