The Surgery Center of Idaho is seeking an experienced RN Surgical Services Supervisor to lead our surgical team and help drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding patient experience in our high-performing ambulatory surgery center. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated RN who enjoys mentoring staff, optimizing surgical operations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

*What You'll Do*
*Leadership & Operations*
* Supervise daily operations of surgical services to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RNs, CSTs, MAs, and surgical schedulers
* Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations
* Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules to meet patient care needs
* Serve as a key liaison between surgical staff and leadership
* Foster a positive culture built on transparency, teamwork, and accountability
*Quality & Patient Safety*
* Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical performance measures
* Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement improvement strategies
* Participate in patient safety initiatives, audits, and accreditation readiness
* Assist in identifying trends and implementing evidence-based best practices
*Risk Management & Compliance*
* Support risk management processes and incident reviews
* Participate in root cause analyses and safety improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and regulatory standards
* Maintain survey readiness and required documentation
*Qualifications*
* RN degree from an accredited nursing program
* BSN required
* Current Idaho RN license
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ability to obtain)
* Minimum 5 years of management experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred)
* Knowledge of AAAHC/CMS credentialing and regulatory standards
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
*Schedule*
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Onsite position (not remote)
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
