We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our Data Center Solutions Engineering Team, whose mission is: "Exceed customer expectations by providing innovative engineering solutions in the data center market."This role focuses on new product development, standardization, and customized customer solutions in a fast-paced environment. The engineer will drive projects and partner with cross-functional teams to create repeatable solutions that are key to SE’s success.Located in Nashville, TN (Minimum of 2 days per week in office)What will you do:Lead projects to create new repeatable, customized solutionsCreate new designs for customer needs within Data Center MarketServe as first-line support for new opportunities, providing guidance and assisting with layoutsSupport other engineers as needed to meet customer requirementsContinuously develop knowledge of new and existing custom solutionsTake ownership of additional responsibilities as opportunities ariseWhat will make you successful:Demonstrated expertise in electromechanical and electrotechnical systems integrationStrong background in creating and validating complex technical solutions with proven problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in system analysis, simulation tools, and verification methodologiesExcellence in cross-functional team leadership and project managementOutstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts across diverse audiences8+ years of engineering experience in the power distribution equipment segmentKnowledge of low voltage power distribution equipment and relevant Codes and StandardsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical EngineeringAbility to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervisionHighly collaborative and able to foster cooperation across teamsProven ability to lead projects, drive results, and navigate obstaclesProficiency in PTC CREO 3D Modeling and SEEXPFamiliarity with manufacturing BOMs and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience leading Engineering design projects and clearly communicate technical requirementsStrong analytical skillsMinimal travel (up to 10%)Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.
