Your mission

As a Manufacturing Performance Coordinator, you will plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities, provide technical support and coaching to the team, manage the availability of material resources, and handle purchasing for the department and the plant. You will also take part in special projects (automation, equipment replacement, building maintenance) to support manufacturing performance.

Your key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan corrective and preventive maintenance interventions (equipment, automation, tooling, buildings) based on priorities and available resources.
  • Ensure overall follow-up of maintenance and automation activities using work orders and root cause analysis reports for major breakdowns, with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Act as a resource person for the team by providing coaching and encouraging proactivity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance and automation issues and ensure proper escalation to management.
  • Manage and monitor specific projects related to buildings or equipment.
  • Review and update preventive maintenance activities.
  • Provide troubleshooting reports and preliminary analyses in the event of breakdowns or failures.
  • Manage the procurement of supplies for the department and the plant.
  • Ensure follow-up of technical documentation and procedures.
  • Integrate health and safety into all activities.

Your profile Technical skills
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanics, control systems, and automation.
  • Proficiency with CMMS software (IT Guide) and computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in coordination, planning, and management of technical projects.
Soft skills
  • Clear and effective communication across different organizational levels.
  • Influential leadership, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage priorities, with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented in task execution.
Education and experience
  • Technical training in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (university level), or junior engineer profile.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment and 3 years in team coordination and technical project follow-up.
