Join our dedicated fulfillment team in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to our ability to deliver products to our valued customers efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including order picking, packing, inventory management, and assisting with the shipping and receiving of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Follow instructions and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and vests.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
