COMPENSATION

• Base rate: $30–$35/hr
• Most techs earn: $35–$40/hr
• Top performers: $40–$45+/hr

Your output drives your pay. Fast, accurate, callback-free work means more money. If you need guaranteed high hourly regardless of performance, this isn't the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately diagnose sprinkler issues — no guessing, no part-swapping
• Repair heads, valves, manifolds, and lines to a clean finish
• Troubleshoot electrical: timers, solenoids, wiring
• Perform startups, repairs, and small upgrades
• Document work clearly and communicate professionally with customers

This is real diagnostic technician work — not just swapping heads all day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid sprinkler experience with real diagnostic ability
• Reliable personal vehicle (non-negotiable)

• Must be able to work within Salt Lake County
