Capital Accounts Manager (Northeast & Southeast Territories)
Remote (Must reside near major metro in NE or SE)
Base: $70,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE: ~$180,000+
Full-Time | Minimal Travel (~1 trip/month)
About the Opportunity
We are hiring two Capital Accounts Managers to support expansion across the Northeast and Southeast regions . This is a high-impact, growth-driven sales role focused on capital equipment solutions within the healthcare space .
This position is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building new business, managing long sales cycles, and owning a territory from prospecting through close.
Territories Available
Candidates should ideally be located near one of the following major metros:
Northeast:
- Baltimore
- New York City
- Boston
- Washington, DC
Southeast:
- Orlando
- Atlanta
- Miami
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a robust territory pipeline
- Drive new business development within hospital systems
- Expand and grow existing accounts and installations
- Conduct virtual demos, consultations, and presentations
- Manage long-cycle capital sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with inside sales, leadership, and engineering teams
- Navigate complex sales processes across multiple stakeholders
What You’ll Be Selling
Capital equipment used in hospital sterile processing departments , supporting the safe cleaning and preparation of surgical instruments. Deal sizes range from:
- ~$60K (smaller equipment)
- $100K+ (mid-size solutions)
- $250K+ (full capital projects)
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of capital equipment sales experience
- Proven success in new business development / hunting
- Experience managing long sales cycles (often 6–12+ months)
- Strong pipeline management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with a virtual/phone-heavy sales process
- Demonstrated consultative selling approach
- Ability to work independently and own a territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or hospital capital sales experience
- Experience selling workflow or process improvement solutions
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70K – $100K
- Commission: 6% on all sales (uncapped)
- On-Target Earnings: ~$180K+
- Remote flexibility
- Limited travel (approximately 1 trip per month)

Sales Process Overview
- Engage initially with supervisors and managers
- Progress upward to directors, administration, and facilities leadership
- Collaborate internally throughout project lifecycle
- Sales cycles range from quick wins to 12+ month capital budgets
Interview Process
- Initial Teams Interview
- Second Interview (Leadership)
- Final On-Site Interview (travel provided)
Who This Role Is NOT For
- Candidates without true capital equipment sales experience
- Transactional or short-cycle sales backgrounds only
- Physician-only call-point reps
- Individuals uncomfortable with virtual selling environments
