• Manage delivery of AI use cases across domains and global regions
• Coordinate AI use case development in an iterative approach and close collabo­ration with engineering teams and business stake­holders
• Manage AI use case portfolio to drive AI strategy imple­mentation
• Organize and facilitate project management cere­monies to ensure trans­parency, alignment, progress, and continuous improve­ment
• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to internal and external regula­tory require­ments and governance standards

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in tech, inno­vation, or data- / AI-related domains
• Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering global projects success­fully from idea to imple­mentation
• Strong lateral leadership including the ability to steer service pro­viders and hold project members accountable
• Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic AI and general AI / ML concepts, and passion for new technologies
• Excellent communication, facili­tation, and stake­holder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
