WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Use your customer service and repair management expertise.

• Go beyond responding to customer requests or generating work orders.

• Be a key member of the team, dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Turn every customer interaction into an opportunity to help, advise, and build lasting trust.

• Answer customer calls, open and close work orders, and manage repairs.

• Follow up on repairs with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Contact clients to offer various services and promotions.

• Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Promote our services and help clients succeed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

• Experience as a technical advisor (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset. 

• A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. 

• Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role. 

• Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
