Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows. Experience building or configuring Salesforce Agentforce or agentic AI solutions. Solid understanding of Einstein AI, generative AI concepts, and autonomous agent behavior. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven technical solutions. Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I required; PD II preferred). Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agentforce Builder and Agent Script. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). Familiarity with MuleSoft, Slack integrations, or multi-channel agent deployments. Experience designing enterprise automation or intelligent workflow orchestration. Salesforce AI Specialist, Einstein, or Agentforce-related certifications. Background in AI governance, testing, or responsible AI practices.
