Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading company located in Hutchinson, MN. This role will provide sales support on farm equipment. Farming equipment knowledge is preferred for the position but if you are a quick study that will work as well. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as the Customer Service Representative: Provide prompt, friendly support by answering customer calls, emails, and inquiries Process orders, returns, and basic account updates accurately Update customer information in internal systems Assist customers with order status questions and general product/service information Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly Partner with sales, shipping, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met Follow company procedures and service standards Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role: High school diploma or GED required Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools a plus Background in agriculture or farming equipment is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
