*About Us:* Dear Sister Therapy is a boutique, therapist-owned private practice located in Lubbock, Texas. Founded by two sisters—a pediatric occupational therapist and a speech-language pathologist—our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, high-quality therapy services to children and families. *Position Summary:* We are currently seeking a full-time *Pediatric Occupational Therapist* who shares our passion for helping children and families thrive. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, skilled, and committed to delivering individualized, play-based therapy in a nurturing environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide high-quality, child-centered occupational therapy services to a pediatric population
* Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
* Collaborate with families to provide training, education, and support
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists and other professionals
* Maintain a manageable caseload focused on meaningful outcomes rather than productivity quotas
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current NBCOT certification
* Active (or eligible for) Texas OT licensure
* Experience with pediatrics preferred, but new grads with strong clinical experience are welcome to apply
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working with children and their families in a collaborative setting
