Location: Deerfield Beach FL (Hybrid 3days/week onsite) Duration: 12-18 Months C2H Required: We're looking for someone who can start as a contractor and work onsite 3 days / week with possibility of converting to full time associate in 12-18 months which would then require min 3 days in office weekly. Required Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in AI development and implementation. Experience in prompt engineering and AI governance. Demonstrated experience in cloud-native and hybrid web development projects. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
