This project marks the beginning of a new era, featuring the design and construction of a 15GWh lithium-ion battery facility, along with ancillary buildings and site-wide external works.

This is a backshift position, where you'll work late afternoons into the evenings, Monday through Friday. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead a dynamic team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional project outcomes, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance.
• Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential risks and opportunities in design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Develop and implement Temporary Works proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client team.

We’re looking for someone who embodies strong leadership and collaboration. Here’s what you should bring:

• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in delivering multi-million-pound nuclear projects or similar regulated environments.
• Expertise in reinforced concrete construction.
• Solid knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
