We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Director of Product Design who possesses a unique blend of design expertise and leadership skills. In this critical role, you will lead our talented product design team, steering the design process to develop exceptional, user-centric design solutions. As the Director of Product Design, you will manage a team of at least three designers, providing mentorship and fostering their professional growth. You will have a proven track record in design and team management, showcasing a deep passion for innovative design practices. A strong portfolio displaying a variety of successful design projects, along with a solid understanding of user experience principles, is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, and a talent for translating business requirements into compelling design solutions. A degree in design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
