All Care Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a privately owned physical therapy practice in Bluffton, South Carolina with an emphasis on functional rehabilitation and manually based therapy. Our focus is on providing highly skilled rehabilitation along with utilizing state of the art equipment to provide an outcome driven approach of return patients back to full function.

Expectations for this Position:
Physical Therapist candidates will be expected to create an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, and implementation. They will also ensure the patients are well versed on what the treatment plan will entail, and clearly communicate with them to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. Physical Therapist candidates will maintain a positive working relationship with other members of the All-Care team, doctors, and staff from referring offices and most importantly, build a rapport with our patients and their families.
