This is a PRN role for a home health Physical Therapist within a 30 minute radius of Poteau, OK. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, creating personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities, and monitoring patient progress. The role also includes providing patient education and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
